Jenifer Sosnoff

While attending St. Petersburg College, Jenifer assumed the responsibility of managing a 40 unit apartment complex for 10 years. Developing a “hands on” approach to all aspects involved in maintaining a multi-unit facility. These responsibilities included: collections and renovation along with organizing maintenance and contractor performance. Coupled with her computer and accounting skills, she is quite capable of implementing and tracking all functional operations in an efficient and timely manner.
