Jim Barr has a thirty year record of sales and marketing, sales management and sales training in the Real estate and Mortgage Banking Industries.
Jim was licensed as a real estate sales person in 1979, a licensed Real Estate broker in 1981, licensed Real Estate Instructor in 2001 and licensed Community Association Manager in 2009.
Mr. Barr received his Masters degree in Management from Troy State University in Alabama, and his bachelors degree in business administration from Chapman College; Los Angeles, CA
Jim has lived in Florida condominiums, town homes and experienced association living since 1980. He has served on numerous boards as President, Vice President and Treasurer.
